Los Tios Mexican Restaurant – Expo/Runner (San Felipe)

As an Expo/Runner, you help keep the heart of service moving smoothly by coordinating food delivery from the kitchen to the dining room and supporting the service team. You play a key role in ensuring dishes are accurate, timely, and presented well before reaching the guest. This position is perfect for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll develop strong multitasking and communication skills, and with experience and a great attitude, this role can lead to future opportunities such as serving.

Responsibilities 

• Organize and run food from the kitchen to the correct tables
• Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and quality before delivery
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist servers with guest needs as directed
• Stock and maintain expo station supplies
• Keep the expo line and runner stations clean and sanitary
